CNMAX stainless produce bright annealing Stainless steel tube both welded tube and seamless tube, stainless grades include 304/304L, 316/316L, 321, 904L and duplex steels, in comparison to other finishes, like annealing pickling and as welded, bright annealing finished surface appearance is more brighter, more beautiful.
Bright annealing (BA) tube is processed in closed furnace with inert gas hydrogen atmosphere, after heat treatment, tube surface is bright appearance. In the procedure, it is important to notice dwell time, and annealing temperature base on various stainless grades, like Austenitic steels, Ferritic steels and duplex steels. To ensure inner surface clean and tried, tubes should be finished with cleaner before testing.
